Simenapule came back!
I update with two new clothing, with new bumpmap, an everyday dress and an everyday top for your female adult sims. You can find these in Cothing/Everyday

Hi all!
Today Simenapule update with three new files.
A new model by Jintonic-84.
This is Nick, a very strange and lunatic sims. He pratically grown up with music, his father was famous Opera composer and the mother is a rinomated Soprano and since he was younger he play guitar and sing his own song. Please help him to found a band and became rich and famous.

Hi all!
Today Simenapule update with 2 new sims3 clothing and one house.
The jeans can be recoloured choosing two different colour of your liking to give the right tone.
Also the top in the second image, with this beautiful floreal pattern, can be customized by recolouring it like you want

River Villa (not furnished) by Ronja
A nice and spacious Villa in minimalist modern style, with wide ambients in the basement and ground floor,
the basement have also a beautiful view of the pool like an acquarium.
In the 1st floor we have very nice and smaller rooms.
We suggest to mix modern and ancient style to furnish this majestic Villa
in order to give a confortable and outstanding atmosphere.
